Irish Music For Guitar contains 27 classical guitar solos drawn from the Irish musical tradition. The collection includes traditional harp melodies, dance tunes and compositions by the 17th-century harpist and composer O'Carolan. Some pieces are suitable for elementary guitar students, while others are intended for more advanced players. An accompanying CD demonstrates the music and offers guidance on Irish phrasing and performance.
