Pre-ordered products have no estimated delivery time.
All other products shipped within Ireland have an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 working days.

Software Products – Returns & Refunds
Please note that all Fender software products, activation codes, and licensed software are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered and/or activated.
By purchasing Fender software products from our website, the customer acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided after delivery or activation, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Items to be returned must be in their original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturing defect. You must return the item at your own expense within 14 days of purchase.
If goods have not been received by the carrier, the customer must inform us within 5 working days. After this period, a credit note may be issued for the amount paid. Credit notes will only be issued after the 14-day return period has elapsed.
The customer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.
The customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.
