The new "single channel" Carl Martin PlexiTone was created in collaboration with Pete Thorn and comes with 3 knobs and 1 switch in a tiny, pedal-board compatible enclosure. It has the same gain structure as the High Gain option on the original Pro-Series PlexiTone, with Pete's minor adjustments giving this new pedal a tighter bottom-end and somewhat softer high frequencies. It simply works better with other amps.

The single Plexi also features our updated DC-DC converter circuitry, allowing the pedal to run on a regulated 9V power supply while maintaining the same +-12V operating level as the original AC-powered PlexiTone. As a result, we can utilize the same premium components that deliver the same tone and headroom.
