D'Addario and Planet Waves have you covered with the quick-release guitar strap. By attaching to the headstock, the Quick-release Strap allows you to play up and down the neck without running into a strap connected at the heel or body, and without having to fuss with tying knots and loops at the headstock end. The design allows you to release your instrument with a simple pinch at the buckle joint. The quick-release strap is made from 50mm black polypropylene and adjusts from 35" to 57.5".
